Directions from Detroit:
Take I-75 north to Exit 310, then M-68 East 18 miles to Onaway (toward Indian River/Rogers City). Turn left onto S. Black River Rd. Continue onto Maxon Road to 2000 Maxon Road.

If you’re looking for clean air, fresh water and a relaxing adventure, Black Lake Conference Center has all those offerings and more, but if you need a hair dryer, you might want to pack one. Here are a few other things you might want to bring with you just to name a few :
- Golf clubs/golf shoes
- Bathing Suit
- Hiking shoes
- Bike
- Fishing rod
- Weather-appropriate clothes, including a sweatshirt or jacket
- Camera
- Water shoes/Gym shoes
- Exercise attire
- Tennis racquet
